Before you make a purchase from our store you are liable to read over our T&Cs because once purchased you have agreed to our terms.
We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard and Visa credit cards, Maestro, Delta). All credit cards and debit cards may be subject to validation checks or authorisation by your card issuer. If your card issuer fails to authorise your purchase they will contact you directly. All payments are processed with Stripe and we do not have any access to any card details nor do we share them to any third parties.
Once an order is placed we cannot cancel or change any items or the address of the order if it already is in the processing stage. The customer will be emailed once the order is processing, this stage is where our team is packaging your order preparing to ship it.
If you receive a faulty item from our store you must contact us within a week of delivery with your proof of purchase from our store. Regarding warranty any defects/faults that occur has to be within 30 days of delivery, we will not be withheld for lack of care for your product. If you have a faulty item under any of the above 2 terms we will happily exchange for a replacement or another item. We do not do refunds, store credit is available.
Unfortunately at this stage we do not do any returns or exchanges. Items are non authentic, if you buy without reading terms we are not going to be responsible. Like previously stated we will exchanges faulty or defective goods. To initiate a return of a faulty item please contact us via our customer service Instagram @theluxeltdhelp or main Instagram @theluxeltd.
If your item is lost or stuck in transit and not moving for over 30 days we will then send away for a claim from Royal Mail and they will be liable to refund you. It takes from 1-2 weeks on average for the letter to confirm the claim from Royal Mail.
Regarding delivery times normal items are 2-4 days from shipped within the U.K. depending on the delivery you pay for & pre order items take around 1-2 weeks from shipped. We are a U.K. based company so any vat or import charges are your responsibility however we have never had any customers facing these charges. You must provide us with a correct and complete postal address if you don’t provide us with a proper full address we are NOT liable to refund or replace the goods.
We will always try to be as quick and efficient with your orders and ensuring the couriers deliver your items within good time however delays do occur and we cannot control this. It will normally take our teams between 1-4 days to pack and dispatch your orders however if it does take longer please do not panic.
Bank holidays do not count and shipment is working days only.
