The Luxe Ltd Shipping & Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard and Visa credit cards, Maestro, Delta). All credit cards and debit cards may be subject to validation checks or authorisation by your card issuer. If your card issuer fails to authorise your purchase they will contact you directly. All payments are processed with Stripe and we do not have any access to any card details nor do we share them to any third parties. We also accept Clearpay, it’s the customer’s responsibility to pay them back in good time and ensure to meet all payments.

PRE ORDER ITEMS MAY TAKE LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS IF ANY DELAYS OCCUR WE CANNOT CONTROL THIS. When ordering you agree to this being a possibility of happening.

If customs refuse items and send back we can resend or refund you unfortunately this is what comes with ordering dupes. Thank you.

Regarding delivery times normal items are 2-5 days from shipped within the U.K. depending on the delivery you pay for & pre order items take around 1-2 weeks from shipped. This delivery time does not include non working days. To any other countries Ireland, America etc delivery time is longer please contact Royal Mail if you need a specific time frame. We are a U.K. based company so any vat or import charges are your responsibility however we have never had any customers facing these charges. You must provide us with a correct and complete postal address if you don’t provide us with a proper full address we are NOT liable to refund or replace the goods.

If Royal Mail have lost your parcel we can claim however please be aware with the standard first class and first class signed for you are only able to claim normally a small amount back from Royal Mail which we cannot be liable to refund for any further costs, it’s up to you to pay for the higher shipping if you want your parcel covered! For example 1st class only covers £20.

We sometimes send goods separately this is normal.
