The Luxe Ltd Returns Policy
If you receive a faulty item from our store you must contact us within a week of delivery with your proof of purchase from our store. Regarding warranty any defects/faults that occur has to be within 10 days of delivery, we will not be withheld for lack of care for your product. If you have a faulty item under any of the above 2 terms we will happily exchange for a replacement or another item. You have to return the item within 10 days also. We do not do refunds. We can also give you store credit. We only cover £3.85-4.85 of return postage due to faulty items.
If for any reason we are arranging a return you must await address from us to return if you return a parcel without getting the correct address from us we will NOT be liable for the parcel.
All dupe items are custom made - only made once you have ordered so we cannot take these back especially.
Unfortunately at this stage we do not do any returns or exchanges on lingerie. We can do return on standard items within 10 days (no designer). We especially cannot take back lingerie or swimwear. It’s up to you as a customer to read our terms and conditions and us as a company will not be liable for you if you don’t read size guides or information before purchasing! Like previously stated we will exchanges faulty or defective goods.
